Viviani Apartments

I have lived here for almost 10 years in 4 different apartments. The office staff is wonderful. Very friendly and responsive. The maintenance staff is the best!! The come right away and fix anything right away. It is very quiet and safe. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I have lived here for two years and within the last 6 months or so the property has just excelled in its care for the property and the people who live here. The maintenance guys have ALWAYS been great, shout out both Arthur's! But our office ladies shout out to Cristi & Alyssa , are newer to the community but are such a great addition to Viviani! They are so helpful and always welcoming, answering questions and making this place a peaceful and delightful place to live! The community invites to the clubhouse are always chefs kiss! The food trucks that visit us just to name some perks these ladies & Viviani make happen for us! The upgrades and love for pets here! It will be hard to move anywhere else! Thank you Viviani and all the team!

If I could give the staff there 10 stars, I absolutely Would especially Miss christiann She is truly amazing. She went above and beyond for my family and I we are coming from California so it was a little hard for us to do any type of Tours or pick our unit or pick the areas of the property when I tell you, she took time out of her day to virtually show us everything to make sure our needs were met so the transition is this easiest possible she did her thing not to mention she is sweet and outgoing because of her this is why we chose that property in particular we were searching for a few different ones, but after speaking to her and working with her for about a week and a half, maybe two we settled with Viviani she deserves a raise and we are excited to make the move and can’t wait to see

I just moved in and I LOVE how clean the property is I LOVE how friendly and upbeat the office is …. Very helpful and icing on cake I got a cute move in bag with a coffee mug candies pen my keys on a key chain etc so adorable ! Hands down to Alyssa , Christy and Tiffany ! Thank you for making this move in smooth

My had been living here for over 5 years and he loves it, I come to visit quite often from Florida The place is super clean, secured, pet friendly, beautiful pool and grill area
