Monica and the entire leasing and management team have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs during my current stay here. Monica has addressed my concerns, has been great communicating, and created a seamless and comfortable experience, making my stay here smooth and accommodating. I appreciate the staff greatly.

BED BUG ISSUES I have been dealing with a persistent bed bug issue in my rental unit for the past month. Despite multiple treatments by the management, the problem persists. I’ve had to discard furniture and stay somewhere else, and Mangement refuses to reimburse me for the inconvenience or allow me to break my lease. Every week I need to wash all my clothes, curtains and bedding, and remove all my belongings from the unit to be treated. I’ve had communicated that the infestation is coming every night through the main door, but the office insists that my clothes are the issue, and that I’m not treating them property. This situation has cost me a lot of money and caused stress; these are not habitable conditions. I want to move out and live in a clean environment but the office refuse

I used to live here about 4 years ago and I can say it’s gotten much better since I was here last. The manager Monica is the real vip getting me into my unit fast and easy with no hiccups down the way. She also accommodated me with a down stairs unit which I really needed. Maintenance are really helpful and get the job finished in a timely manner and very respectful and informative. I had a work order to fix my ceiling fan he said two and half hours and they had it done in less than 2 . Locked my door and put everything back better than I had it and even made my bed 😂 I love it here thanks viva apts ☺️

This is Jennifer Powell from 224 B, My dog & I had to leave State to go home for a good minute, We had a FAMILY EMERGENCY so we will B returning late Monday the 20th at night but we R coming back cuz I gotta B back to work next week but I have NOT been able to use the bathroom since we moved in because the guy I have to share a bathroom with is in the bathroom 24 hours a day 7 days a week so I can’t pee, or poop, or shower at all and Everytime I go to office to aware CeCe or Monica or the other girl who works in the office, they call him and vonfyy try not him and he BOLD face LIES to them telling them he’s NOT constantly in the bathroom, that I have access to the bathroom anytime of the day 7 days a week but if I even go in to use it, he’s knocking at the door 2 minutes after

I am a 71 year old l who does not do well with the new smartphones. The lengths to which the Viva staff helped me complete my electronic application exhibited stellar customer service. In addition, my ceiling fan and patio door are functional. Maintenance performed their duty . Overall the staff here has been most diligent, helpful and caring. Congratulations to this hard working staff for jobs well done
