It's clear they pride themselves on using quality materials, and our house feels solid and luxurious, which makes the investment feel very much worthwhile. Part of our experience relates to the overall communication process. While communications on-site were appreciated, the coordination between us, the office staff, and the field team could sometimes feel a little fragmented, and with online updates and reviews held weekly, some patience and extra involvement was sometimes required. From beginning to end the Vitale team works with you to capture your dreams, your visions and put them into reality, their care and quality is second to none , they work diligently with the contractors to make sure not just the blue prints but also the home owners concerns are met during the process of the build. We loved working with Vitale because they helped our family from the planning stages to the final walkthrough. The building process can be overwhelming and confusing at times. I do not remember giving a review for Vitale. We have been in our house for over a year. I didn’t want to post a review because I was not happy at the time it was finished. They told us our house would be done in 14 months or less. We made a decision on where to live after we sold our other house based on what they told us. It took them almost 19 months. Their 11 month warranty is ridiculous. It doesn’t cover anything. One of their workers spilled something on our brand new cement in our driveway. We have a big stain and they tried to power wash it. It didn’t come off. They said that’s the best we can do. Their workers also scratched our brand new wood floor and they told us that wasn’t covered either. Gaspare Vitale and his team were easy to work with. They made sure all my concerns were taken care of. Included in the team an interior decorator was provided. Tonya was extremely helpful when it came time for picking out the interior and exterior of my home. I am now in the process of moving in to my beautiful new home.
