We first spoke with Dave and Kristina four years ago when we started looking for lots. To our good fortune, the perfect lot appeared in 2024 and we were so happy to find out Hamilton Homes was the builder! The Hamilton Team helped us address our needs and worked above and beyond to make our requests come true. They gave us advice and options to help us stay within our budget. Even after moving in, they've continued to be open and responsive, since this is our first home. During a brief issue with DTE this winter Dave even offered to bring a generator over, which was very kind. We're extremely grateful to have built our forever-home with Hamilton Homes. We had an amazing experience with Hamilton Homes! Kristina was phenomenal from the moment we looked at the model and throughout the process with selections and many changes to the purchase order summary! Truly appreciated all of Dave's involvement from the first meeting all the way to our final key ceremony. He went above and beyond at every step and allowed us to add custom options to make the house truly ours.
