Vitale Homes at Southern Hills

Had a great experience working with Vitale Homes. They truly are a “Great” builder to work with from start to finish. The communication during the process was extremely helpful as they answered any questions we had. They worked with us to make changes on the floor plan to fit our specific needs. We had multiple walk throughs during the build at their request to show us the work in progress as well as letting us know the next steps to be taken. We have had custom homes built in the past and Vitale made this experience feel like a custom home being built for us again. We highly recommend their work and their integrity.

We began out search for a new home and fell in love with Vitale Homes at Southern Hills. The builders attention to every detail is amazing. The homes are crafted with families in mind. The material quality is top notch and floor plans offer no room for improvement. During our visit we met Mary Varnum, the sales manager on site. She was warm and friendly, addressed all our questions with confidence, and you can see the passion she has for what she does by her helpfulness. My husband and I consider her our friend over the few times we visited the community. She is just that likeable as a person. Vitale Homes will hopefully be our next Florida home!
