Rochester Park

Everyone of the staff at Rochester Park are professional, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. In the case of the last service I had at my apartment the maintenance man, Juan, took care of my problem in a competent and timely manner. My compliments to the Staff.

Today I had a scare. I called in Maintenance and Rolando showed up. He was excellent. He fixed my electrical problem. Excellent customer service. Thank you Rolando for showing up and putting me at ease with the quick repair. This maintenance team is like no other in my experience.

I've been at other apartments and trying to get in touch with maintenance to do anything plan on waiting a couple weeks. It got to where I just fix things myself. Roland Is a top notch Maintenance person at Rochester Park. We are so fortunate to have a maintenance man that knows how to take care of everything. His reliability is unsurpassed over any maintenance man I've ever met here at Rochester Park.

I had a floorboard in the kitchen that worked it's way up and became a tripping hazard. Roland was here the day after I put in the maintenance request --a little floorboard turned into a 3-day job! But I was impressed with the care he took to make sure the work was properly done. Thanks Roland!
