Vistas at Stony Creek Apartments

Instead of actually fixing property and the lighting of the building, our maintenance staff member AMY thought this was ok to leave as is. This place is horrible! Had the manager Lisa look at my apartment to fix things, we made arrangements and I took a day off work for them to not go by our arrangement and didn’t even do the work that day. Then Lisa says next time you have time let’s us know…. What a waste of time. Can’t even use a bathroom because of the mold coming from the walls. We haven’t used one bathroom since October of 24 and they still haven’t fixed what needs to be fixed.

They flooded my apartment and did not even notify me. They took tupperware out of my cabinets to put drywall in during the repair. I came back to my apartment and found the carpet soaked and my tupperware in the sink, filled with drywall. There was no email or any notification that they did this, just the convenience of me having to make other arrangements to live while the apartment dried out. When I reached out for compensation they did not do anything at all to make it right. There are many negative things I can say about my experience living here, took months to get maintenance stuff done when i first moved in, refusal to service the dryer, etc and very few positive. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed, stay far far away.

***update*** I called the number to talk to the management team and no one ever called back. I sent an email and never heard anything. All you get for the most part is lip service from this complex. *************** Renters beware (especially if you have kids) My family has been harassed by this place since last year. We love the apartment itself but management is very frustrating. We have 3 small children who make normal kid noises and have normal sleep/wake cycles. We had gotten a few complaints about loud walking, stomping, etc. and we had our kids correct the issue. They aren’t allowed to do things that would disturb the neighbors while still being allowed to play. 2, 5, and 7 year olds can only be so quiet but are only awake from 7am - 8pm and are not being excessively loud during

We have been here for almost a month. We are still learning the area and getting use to everything. But, We are loving the area and our unit. It is a big upgrade in general from where we came from. Nothing but, good things to say so far and the staff are great and friendly/welcoming. The only reason I am giving 4 stars out of 5 is because there is no dog park. That is a huge lose for us. We were surprised that This place doesn't have proper dog park for as many families have dogs. We were surprised, and didn't notice or ask this until we moved in (our fault). I would highly recommend putting in a proper dog park in! Would be a big addition and a big help get energy out for all the dogs that live here and interact with each other.
