Kristi did a fantastic job in selling our home. She was put in a difficult situation and far exceeded my expectations. Our house sold within a month and for over asking price. Which is uncommon in the current market. She along with her husband went well above her obligations with helping broker the deal and get the property ready for closing. Her extensive knowledge of the market and the area helped us price the house to sell quickly. Her communication and her ability to set expectations were greatly appreciated. We had a great experience with Mary Ann. Mary Ann was very knowledgeable about the market and knew how to price our property. She produced a great marketing plan and we had an offer within 2 weeks. We had a lot of unexpected repairs after the inspection and she took care of coordinating all the repair vendors and it was done at reasonable prices. Mary Ann is great with communication and always kept us informed. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we met closing deadlines.
