I love living here this place has been a blessing for me and my family this is the best place I have ever lived! Shout out to julia for making the application process so understandable. She comes to personally inspect units once a month everything is on point 🎯❤️

The person who answers the phone, Julia specifically is super unprofessional. They don’t even know the AMI’s or PERCENTAGES of the program (42) to explain to people who inquire why they will not get approved for housing. Called me &’ my mother “fraudsters” as well for attempting to get approved since my mother made ‘so little’ which is comprehensible when you understand the program if they where able to explain it in the first place. The entire phone call this lady gave an attitude to my mother as well & tried to misinform my mother about her supervisors hours to speak to someone more professional. But no, the Supervisor turned out to be EVEN worse, & especially this lady is so unprofessional & thinks she can do whatever she wants because she has been working there for 20 years ( 20 years

I just want to say how grateful I am for the ladies at the office! I have been struggling to find a place and they have been very patient with me. I can’t wait to live at Vistara 2. Thank you ladies, you guys are amazing!🤩

I’m speaking as a resident here I live at these apartments the landlord been so helpful and understanding and these apartments are very nice and great community I would recommend this place as first home for your family

Julia Perez at Vistara is the worst. Many tenants have spoke and are willing to put complaints of how rude, hostile and demanding she is. She is horrible. Vistara needs to be a happy comfortable community.
