Xpose 360 Home Inspections

Xpose 360 is great! Had home inspection by Mr. Marce and was very pleased. Very professional, friendly and efficient. He paid attention to all details and answered all my questions, provides very useful information through out the inspection. I ran into an issue with my lender and Marce was very helpful. We appreciate the great customer service.

As a first time home buyer i have had a bad experience because of these inspectors. It wasn't a new home but as a first time i put my trust into this team to inspect my home thoroughly and accurately. After closing and moving in we started noticing foundational issues. Called other inspectors for opinions and they confirmed there was indeed an issue. I tried reaching out to them took almost a month to finally hear from someone, which seemed to be the owner. After explaining to her she was willing to send inspector in for "an opinion" on what i was seeing but wanted to charge $95 on too of the $1,000 i had already spent during the closing process. After going back and forth she said she would do a courtesy, after continuing conversation she then decided she did not want to book me after all

Inspector arrived on time. Report was filed and paid for within 3 hours of appointment time. Very thorough with robotic inspection of crawl space and aerial views of the roof. All ⚠️ warning, safety caution ⚠️ alerts and one leaking pipe need immediate attention. Very satisfied and pleased for the heads up on our new purchase.
