Vista Via Apartments

This is our first apartment as a family of 3. After looking for over a month this apartment approved us even with bad credit. Our unit is really big and we are comfortable because of the amount of space we have. Management are super friendly and are very helpful. Oh and not to mention we have literally EVERYTHING near us possibly every store or restaurant you can think of, love how everything is local.

0 stars if I could worst apartments you can deal with grimey landlords work with the tow company to tow your car from your parking spot when they know it’s your parking spot, always late to fixing issues you have no matter how quick you are with rent, Hires random crack head handy man from the apartments in exchange for lower rent to work on your apartment problems. Don’t even put yourself in this situation. Just another slumlord apartments that never fixes anything and keeps it looking ran down. Gated but the gates are old and always broken and open so it’s basically not gated. Don’t believe these fake reviews. They’re quick to take money but takes years of complaints to reinvest it into the property

The older lady who is the manager is no good. She makes a lot of mistakes that put the residents at risk. ONLY DEAL WITH THE MAN MANAGER. There is also a roach infestation. Do a thorough inspection before you accept the keys. Have your own pest control come check the place out. Easy to move in but so many problems come with it.

Well I’ve only been a guest at this apartment but everyone kept saying Hello to me. I think it’s because I’m extremely model level handsome. Also probably because they didn’t recognize me. My friend keeps her front door unlocked because she says there’s no need to. There’s enough security on the premise so she doesn’t have to worry. But if I was a robber, I wouldn’t break into an apartment that has 3 cats. Oh hell no. Keep it unlocked all you want.

I am looking for an affordable and descent apartment for me and my family, Close to my work in Upland and close to school for my kid and close to market for my wife. I saw Vista Via Apartments at 1430 Foothill Blvd. here in Upland the staff are nice and friendly, they showed me the Studio and the 1 Bedroom units they even told me advantages for choosing 1st floor or 2nd floor. I love the place, I like the location, 2 pools and a Jacuzzi, they even have a big Gym, but they do not have 2 Bedroom unit which I need. So I told them I will give them a good review for all their effort. Highly recommended and a 5 Stars.
