The Upland

Having rented apartments for my entire adult life, I can confidently say that The Upland apartments have been the most outstanding. The property's aesthetic appeal is undeniable, both inside and out, and the community's cleanliness is impressive. Parking is always available, and the staff's exceptional friendliness and communication skills make a significant positive impact. The community's engagement efforts are also praiseworthy, featuring enjoyable events that foster a sense of appreciation and belonging among residents. In my opinion, this community is truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend The Upland apartments to anyone seeking a living space that they will love and cherish. I’ve had such a great experience living at Upland Apartments. The apartments feel modern and luxurious, and the community is always clean and well maintained. It really feels like home. The heated pool year-round is a huge plus — it’s so nice being able to enjoy it no matter the season. The location is also super convenient, with popular stores within walking distance, which makes running errands and getting some exercise easy. And I can’t say enough about Tara, the property manager. She’s kind, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. That alone makes this place special. I definitely recommend living here!

I lived at The Upland for almost a year and a half. They really try to build community here with food trucks, pool parties, and other resident events. The staff is friendly and always keeps the property up to date, clean, and is easy to communicate with regarding any questions or issues. The gym, pool, and community room are well maintained and I utilized them a lot. I didn't have a dog but the dog area is quite nice and many residents use it. The residents are friendly, too. :) Met a bunch of great people there! (Only moved because we bought a house with a yard.)

Lived here for almost 2 years and loved it! The management is amazing, especially Tara! The place was always kept up and very clean. Also it is the perfect location! One of the best parts too is the walking path behind the apartments, it was a great way to get outdoors during the day.

I absolutely love living at The Upland. The apartment complex offers a perfect blend of modern amenities, convenient location, and a strong sense of community. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. The amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and common areas, are always clean and well-maintained. What truly sets The Upland apart, though, is the management team. Tara, the leasing manager, is wonderful—she is professional, approachable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. Her dedication and positive attitude have made my experience here exceptional. If you're looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend The Upland.
