Vista Ridge Apartments

I’ve had a great experience with Vista Ridge Apartments so far. The community is welcoming, clean, and well maintained, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel supported. I especially want to thank Aris for her outstanding help and service. She was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions, kept everything organized, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out. I truly appreciate the level of care and customer service provided by her and I’m happy to call Vista Ridge Apartments my home. Highly recommend!

1. The maintenance and employees will lie to you. ( I just provided proof to you all where you will be living) The rest is on you. 2. They complete work orders for maintenance without addressing the issue at all. (They lie) 3. They put in some new windows claiming better than the last windows. ( Everytime it storms, water get through and paint come up off the wall.) 4. I made several work orders and they close as completed. (Documenting my experience)

Living at Vista Ridge Apartments has been such a great experience. The leasing office is always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything I’ve needed. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Kaily She went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear, easy, and handled with care. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out and made me feel confident in choosing Vista Ridge as my home. I would definitely recommend Vista Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Imelda Supple the property manager is horrible her customer service is horrible she doesn't care I seen how she approach different situations with different people and even with myself. Her boss he never returns calls if can tell you his name I would place it on this complaint. They made a bad name for Dominium so i wouldn't recommend any of there properties BE CAREFUL. I want to say do not waste your time to apply I see all these people lost money with trying to obtain a place to stay which is crazy never knew that was going on. I actually lived here they threw the place together literally the flooring was horrible. the walls were cheap as hell literally you wipe it its gone because of course i have children who touch the walls me being a typical mom try to to wipe it off and the paint i

One star is way too much for this company. I assisted my son and getting a apartment here. Rent for a two bedroom states is $1326 a month. Wasted four weeks waiting for them to do their thing to get him qualified. Finally he received a call that he was qualified. They emailed the documents. They insisted on him signing before he came to the office. He asked me to look over the documents for him before he signed The rent was not $1326 like stated in their ad it is $1932. I asked why was the difference to make the change and fix it. They went on to say they charge two different rents, one for low income people and one for section 8. This is illegal. It is the 1968 Fair Housing Act he was being discriminated against for having government assistance for housing. Section 8 was very upset abo
