I signed a lease to my dream rental through Dana Rasmussen and she made the process quick and pleasant! Dana made me feel cared for as a tenant through thoughtful welcome gestures, exceptional communication, and commitment to my comfort. The front desk agent Brielle was always kind and helpful when I needed documents passed along or had any questions. I would recommend Vista Property management to owners and renters! Specifically Dana, she’s great. They are communicative, timely, friendly, and efficient!

We have known Nicole for many years, we listed our home in 2021 with her, but the timing was not good during Covid, so we listed it again in 2024. She went above and beyond to sell our home, paid for the marketing and the staging, and boosted the listing online and through all channels possible. She worked tirelessly hosting open houses Saturdays and Sundays until it got in to contract. Beyond her sales and marketing skills she is an excellent communicator and negotiator. This was a complex transaction in the end but with Nicole handling the communication we got through it for a successful close. Beyond her business attributes, she is highly likeable and has strong interpersonal skills.

Nicole helped us as a realtor to purchase our home. She was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the area and made us feel like we were her only clients being very responsive to our emails, texts and phone calls. She also has many contacts with contractors for after purchase repairs or upgrades. She's given us referrals for everything from home insurance to house cleaning. Being that we're not from the area this was a great help! I highly recommend Nicole and her company and we will certainly work with her again in the future.

We worked with Nicole to purchase a 1031 exchange for a rental unit, which can be difficult at best. She gave us so much of her time and her knowledge. Nicole was so helpful every step of the way, either contacting people from whom we needed specific answers or giving us the specific company's or individual's names and numbers when it was more appropriate for us to contact them directly. She was a delight to visit homes/condos with and shared her vast knowledge about furnishings and dealing with cities and their rental permit rules. Once we closed escrow, she brought in her cleaning person to do a deep clean (in which Nicole also participated) and to this day, she continues to contact us to see how things are going with our new purchase.
