Vista Pointe Apartments

I lived at this complex for about a year and a half. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I have to disagree. The location is really great, I feel like you can get anywhere in less than 20 minutes. It’s super close to downtown Cincinnati so you can enjoy the hustle and bustle if you want, but where the apartments are you would never guess your that close because of how quiet it is. The manager Diana is really professional and fair, and she always got back with me immediately. She always kept the tenants informed if she would be out for the day or just in going ons in the neighborhood. Even after I moved I had an important piece of mail delivered to the apartment and she went out of her way to make sure I still got it, which she didn’t have to do. Also the maintenance men are AMAZING

I feel so disrespected. I’m homeless now. I wasn’t evicted here but I wanted to leave. I was just about to move into my new apartment. Regardless of my situation I left vista point hoping I could start over. James told my new landlord my business. I have 2 babies to worry about. The mature thing would have been to tell them that I was a okay tenant. He put in a bad word and now no one will rent to me. If you don’t have a car don’t move to vista point. If you have a boyfriend don’t move to vista point they hate couples. You will receive a violation notice on your door every month for things that you didn’t even do. If you have a housing voucher don’t move here. People are nosey. The neighbors love telling on you.. Hope this doesn’t happen to someone else here.

Everything you could possibly want in an apartment! Dishwasher, washer and dryer hookups, garbage disposal, patio or balcony depending on what floor your apartment is, extra storage outside closet just off the balcony, walk in closet, the apartments are big, well taken care of, and they have a pool! Nestled in the woods in Wilder, Kentucky it is 3 miles away from everything. The management staff are very friendly and they have helped me out with any problems I have had, which are few. And I am not an easy going person so I know I have taxed their patience, but they haven't shown it in the slightest. They accept Section 8, and will help you through the process. A great place to live!

Was just thinking about my time here and decided to write a review. This was a nice first apartment for college students and we didn’t have many issues with the building. However the manager was horrendous. I became very ill while I was staying here and wasn’t able to contact anyone for quite a while. Eventually the decision was made to move out. However, when I went to put in my notice the manager lost it on me. She was very angry I hadn’t been living in the apartment. I was in fact in the hospital most of the time I’d been gone but I didn’t see how that was any of her business. She made several false accusations. She was also very fixated on my cat who is a emotional support animal. She accused me of faking my service animal paperwork because I left her at the apartment. Unfortunately th

The manager there is very rude. She looks down on people with vouchers. It seems she has something against single mothers and biracial children. I don’t understand why she still even works there. She’s turned down so many people I know - including me for no reason. We all had jobs, most with vouchers that would pay most of the rent, but she seems to tell everyone we all have bad credit. Vouchers pay most of the rent & we all had jobs?? There was no issue with the way we could afford rent or utilities. Don’t waste your time applying until some new management comes. Also pretty sure all the reviews saying she’s “great” are her or her family bc it’s far from true. She’s a nasty miserable woman.
