Management gave superb customer service, and were easy and fast to work with. They were very helpful and competent. Maintenance has no delay and is able to fix any of the minor issues we have had quickly. Neighbors we have met are all nice. Pool is awesome. After living downtown for two years- this is a great location a bit “uptown” for the price. I am happy to be here

It has been a wonderful place to live for our family. From our initial property visit to move in to lease renewal and all interactions with all of the office staff, our experience has been wonderful. Property upkeep has been phenomenal and we have had no issues that we have had to call maintenance for. The fun events the office staff had during the year were enjoyed as well. Alane and Madison have been so very kind and awesome to work with as well and very timely in answering questions when we had them. The communication from the office on property conditions/maintenance during repaving this year were also very appreciated and timely. Definitely a great place to call home.

One of the best options to live in Cincinnati area. Disadvantage: some residents drive a very loud noisy cars which is inconvenient, I hope Aspen Pines have a policy that says no noisy cars in this great community. Also there's no playground, but there's one only for dogs :) are you kidding me?

My Children and I currently live at Aspen Pines we been living here for about 3 years now and it’s definitely been a wonderful experience! I love how quickly maintenance come every time we submit a request. We definitely love and utilized all of the amenities year round, I also thought it was fun that the front office organized different activities and things for the residents. Alane and Madison go above and beyond to help as much as they can they both are very helpful and friendly people ! Since I been living at Aspen Pines, multiple different people worked in the front office, and we had a wonderful experience with all of them, but alane and Madison are my favorites! I have lived here since 2018. The apartment managers are very helpful and supportive. They addressed any issues with the apartment quickly and the maintenance team are efficient and knowledgeable. The out door areas are kept clean and maintained. Great place to live!
