Vista Pointe Apartments

Vista Pointe has been home for over 10 years now and we could not be happier with the location in South Salem hills and the quality of staff both maintenance and office staff over the years. We gratefully just received an upgrade to the faucet of our kitchen sink through the work of Jesse, our current repair staff who is respectful and hard working. Additionally, any questions regarding rent payments have been quickly and professionally answered by the newest office staff Taylor who has been doing a wonderful job with newsletters and social events for the residents. We look forward to many more years to come at this wonderful property.

I don't write reviews often, but felt the need to share my experience. If you move in be prepared to do a deep cleaning before hand, and submit a list of maintenance requests before you fully move in. Document EVERYTHING! If you do not keep meticulous records they will steal your security deposit, and charge you for things that were in working order. In addition these are not smoking free apartments. The amount of times I had to close my windows because the apartment below me was smoking pot, too many to count. Please do your research before moving into this place.
