Vista Park Senior Apartments

Whenever I've had a problem, the staff has responded in a timely manner. The property manager does her best to resolve community issues. The property is well maintained and the apartments are very nice. Great location!

Terrible management and maintenance, Signed a brand new lease in January,, two months later they raise my rent using HUD as an excuse. The apartments don’t have very much accessibility in bathrooms except for handrails, Don’t let the pictures deceive you!!!

This is a senior living facility with 3 floors with an elevator that constantly breaks down. Now it’s been over 2 weeks and still broken. So the poor old people who can’t go anywhere without an elevator are stuck. And now the residents who pay their rent on time have to suffer. Don’t move here if you plan on living on the 2nd or 3rd floors. And don’t be fooled by the security gates either. They never work correctly. Plus anyone can drive a truck in between the huge gaps along the walls and security gates.

Office and maintenance staff are the best. Renewing my lease for the 3rd year, couldn't be happier!

Have lived in Vista Park over 6 years. The maintenance team has always been responsive making sure the problem is solved. I am happy to be in this complex, it is noted for cleanliness and safety. Thank you maintenance team for taking care of all of us.
