I just wanted to say thank you so much Vanessa for all your help getting me into my new apartment. You made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate you even shoveling the pathway and stairs after the snowstorm with your family! That meant more than you know. I’m so grateful for your kindness and professionalism!

Vanessa is the best! Vanessa has been amazing since day one. She’s super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever we need anything. She made our move-in day so simple and quick, which made the whole process stress-free. You can tell she really cares about the residents and keeps everything running smoothly. Today we had our walk through for our move in and “Everything was perfect!” Vanessa is so friendly & professional! She explained everything’ and went over everything in a way that made it easy to understand! The property and the apartment is so beautiful! We are so excited to make this our home!!

Just moving in and settling I can already tell Vanessa keeps the complex pristine! Upon arriving taking a look at the place I must say as a former cleaning business owner the place looks amazing and cleaned to my standards. You know when you move into a place sometimes you have to hire or clean it yourself due to lack of work. Well this wasn’t the case and I was able to move everything in confidently. Everyone here so far is very friendly and I can see the maintenance is well taken care of. My children and myself are very happy to be here. It’s walking distance to the main strip of community and so close to the school. Vanessa was and is very welcoming and was ready and answer all questions I had.
