One of their agent sold us a house and did not disclose that the septic tank was not accessible. She provided a certificate that could not have been valid, as the only opening she exposed for inspection was not connected to either of the septic chambers. I have already spoken with the Mariposa County Health Department, and they confirmed that there are ongoing issues with some agents using vendors who issue septic certifications without actually inspecting or assessing the systems.
