Just moved into a 2/2. Norma was amazing from beginning to end. I give her 5 stars alone. The apartments are out of date but spacious and affordable . A tip to the management company, clean the breezeways/steps. My last apartment complex did so every 6 months. It does turn you off from the property because it looks nasty. I almost didn’t rent just based off of that. If the pool could stay open a little later than 5pm would be nice.

My experience living at Vista Heaven was great. I lived at Vista Heaven for 5 years and didn't have any major issues . The moving process ran smoothly.The leasing managers were professional & friendly to me . They submitted my work orders on time & called before they enter . Maintenance were reliable and quick. Overall, the community is safe & clean to live . ✌🏿

As always Frankie came over to assess my a/c issue. My a/c didn’t work because my wall switch needed batteries. He brought a new filter and batteries to fix the issue. The maintenance team is always on their game. I live here for 8 years and never had a problem that couldn’t be fixed by FRANKIE & his team. Highly recommend this residence. 🫶🏻💗

Absolutely wonderful place to live! Community is kid and pet friendly. Plenty of parking. Grounds are well kept and illuminated at night. Amenities are great, nice pool, workout facility and playgrounds. Office staff and maintenance crew are outstanding. Location is perfect too. Close to highway, shopping, and restaurants. Highly recommend.

I have been waiting nearly 4 months for my security deposit returned. I moved out of my apartment 5/31 and called the leasing office 6/2 to give them the updated forwarding address. After waiting 6 weeks I called 7/14 and spoke with Alicia in regards to not receiving my refund yet, she said the forwarding address was never updated, that she would email corporate to have it fixed & sent out and also sent me a copy of my move out statement with the refundable security deposit balance. I called again on 7/25 and spoke with Norma who advised Alicia was no longer with the company so my deposit was not being handled, as no one was in Alicia’s position now. She told me she would reach out to a manager and would have them expedite it, as 2 months had already passed & I should be receiving the refu
