I have worked with Vista Management in two separate associations while serving as Board President/Director, and in both cases the experience has been consistently strong. My first experience was with a 189-home HOA in Tuscawilla, Florida, and currently, a 249-unit condominium association in Oviedo, with multiple amenities. Prior to Vista, both communities were managed by large, “big box” management companies. While there are advantages to size, both associations struggled with rigid systems that prioritized process over the specific needs of the community. Vista Management, under the leadership of Tina Yamada, strikes a rare balance between strong knowledge of Florida statutes and the flexibility to tailor management practices to each association. That combination has made board service

As an emergency restoration and mitigation vendor (DryMetrics), we’ve partnered with VistaCAM and several of their communities over the years, and our experience has been exceptional across the board. Working with Richard in particular has been a standout experience. Over multiple associations and projects, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail- especially when time-sensitive or emergency situations arise. Having a management company that understands urgency, liability, and the proper restoration process makes a tremendous difference for the property owners we all serve. Across every association we have serviced under Vista CAM, we’ve seen the same qualities: • clear communication • well-organized responses • responsible decision-makin

Vista has been our community property management company for over 7 years and we are very pleased. Currently our property manager is Angela Schaeffer and she is very knowledgeable and responsive. We have some difficult residents who I know bombard Vista and yet she and Tina professionally manage the situations. I would highly recommend this company and property manager

Day 3 of calling, listening to their classical music on hold, leaving voicemails that go unanswered, and online web requests that are ignored. Not very responsive. Addition: On 2/23 you sent a message in reference to pool key distribution which contradicts the 2/21 request for me to pay a 3rd party. I have left a VM to clarify what I need to do on my end and have yet to receive a phone call. So, let’s be clear. The issue is about answering phones and clear communication. Not about architectural requests.

This management company knows nothing about serving property owner who pay HOA fees for the upkeep on the grounds. I lodged complaints about a tree that is taller than the roof and growing against the wall of my unit. This did not happen overnight but is evidence of years of neglect. I have sent emails to Tina Tamara and Neal Prashad who are Laura’s supervisors . They did not even acknowledge my email. Apparently they are busy in their Ivory Towers. There is a tree between my property and another unit that is completely rotted out. It’s a large tree. If we get a good bit of rain- that tree will collapse and potentially hurt someone. I was told they have no money to cut the trees down that is growing up against the wall of the property. This is very disconcerting . Then why am I paying the
