First impressions were that they really understand that your call is important. I actually talked to a live person, who was very congenital and helpful. I did not need to wait for days or weeks to get my appointment and when the time was set I had a quick reminder. Steven arrived promptly and was very friendly but businesslike. He explained what he would be doing and when he was done gave me all of his important findings. He also gave me the opportunity to ask questions. It was a very comfortable experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
