Absolutely love living at The Adeline! 🏡✨ From my very first tour with Niquan (who was so kind, patient, and even threw in some laughs), to move-in day where Priscilla went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, I’ve been blown away by the level of care here. Kenny deserves a huge shoutout — he’s truly amazing! He’s such a wealth of knowledge about the area, always willing to lend support, and incredibly empathetic. In just a short time, he’s jumped in to help me with so many things — even stepping in today to help me move heavy packages. He goes above and beyond every single time.🙌 I even had a small maintenance request and the head of maintenance, Luis, showed up in an hour. The Adeline is a beautiful complex with a lot of options and a lake view, and really feels like a community. The best part was definitely the service though. Kenny gave us a tour of four different floor plans in an astoundingly efficient manner. He was friendly, attentive, and informative. I felt extremely taken care of! If I was choosing a place based on service, it would definitely be the Adeline.

I am very impressed with our experience here so far! We mainly had Kenny help us as well as Nicole who are both amazing! Kenny worked very closely with us during the application and move-in process and made the process very positive! He answered all of our questions and was very helpful! We are so happy with our unit! We have a wonderful lake view, and we love how the unit is very spacious with a floorplan that actually makes sense as far as furniture placement! The place is definitely nice and quiet. Pest control was a huge concern for us since ants and other bugs can be a major problem in some apartments/houses, but so far we have had no issues at all! The Adeline allows Ring doorbell cameras which is nice! Overall, we are really enjoying our new home and feel so blessed to be here! Than

As a vendor who works with multiple properties, I can confidently say Adeline Apartments is one of the most well-managed communities I’ve partnered with in the Maitland area. The property is consistently clean, organized, and professionally run, which makes our work smooth and efficient. Precilla, the property manager, is exceptional. She is responsive, clear in communication, and always respectful of both residents and vendors. She follows through, values accountability, and creates a positive working environment. It’s obvious she takes pride in the community and the relationships she builds. It’s a pleasure working with a team that is this professional. Nicole is clearly an expert on the property; she answered every single one of my questions about the floor plans and amenities without hesitation. If you’re looking for a new place, definitely ask for Nicole—she makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free!
