Construction trash in our yard is out of control. Realtors doesn't seem to think it's a big deal to have roof shingles, thermal boards, lunch bags, construction wrappers, bottles, and much more littered throught your property. I have yet to hear from the clean up supervisor. I ended up paying my yard guy to haul the trash off of my property as it exceeded the 50 gal trash bin (overfilled). Lennar, the joining builder, took the lead and DID show up next day to haul their trash and products away. I appreciate Lennar doing this but Pulte is the ones building next to us. What kind of subs do you have that cuts and tosses roof shingles down to the neighbors property. The community is beautiful, comfortable and small enough. Pulte responds as needed to warranty issues. We love our house and its location.
