Vista Azul Apartments

Unfortunately, I I am renting here currently I was moving from out of state so I didn’t get to see the place beforehand until I got here but it’s completely different from the video that I was showed online and that I was sent and then they also had changed my apartment abruptly randomly without telling and it’s full of mold there’s a bunch of roaches. I mean I can tell that they literally just painted all the appliances today sprayed it had today.Even though they had a month in advance when I applied. They didn’t even clean the apartment or have anything ready. Will be reporting to the housing authority. Don’t rent here

Luis is one of the best things about these apartments. When I moved in and had any concerns, he was always quick to listen and give a resolution and be patient with me. It’s really nice to have someone who likes their job, wants to help, and is charming. Tbh it shows in his work/ability to make you comfortable/feel heard. If you considering moving here or applying I recommend speaking with him if/when you come to the leasing office for sure.

Vista Azul has come along way i use to stay close by 15 years ago and it was rough. So much has changed, the office staff is really nice and courteous, Luis was delightful to talk with and Karen help me register my car and gave me the pase codes to the gates!!! My apartment is great and I love the location. I get a view of the airplanes flying over head from my patio!! Definitely feels like a community, so happy I chose Vista Azul. The Maintenance staff is awesome and fixes issues immediately and if they cant they explain it and come back another time. What more could you ask for!

I would highly recommend this place. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and very helpful especially Ms. Sandy who helped my girlfriend, Chazzel, get into an apartment and guided her through the whole application process. Couldn’t have done it without her.

I noticed my work order showed complete and my restroom tub was not refurbished. I went to the office and they said we are waiting for you because you can’t be in the apt that same day the office made a call and I was scheduled the next day and Yes they came and my bathtub looks brand new they did an excellent job! Vista Azul TEAM is AWESOME they got the job done within a day!!!
