Vista At Summit

I was so excited to tour the new Vista at Summit apartment homes yesterday in Rogers, AR. This community is very impressive with so much attention to every little detail. I toured a one bedroom unit and I loved the floor plan! The kitchen and living area is large, very open and bright. The color scheme is neutral and warm with a ton of cabinet space. I REALLY like the quartz countertops. The bathroom had double sinks and the walk in closet was HUGE! This is unusual for a one bedroom unit so naturally, I was impressed. Another bonus, for me, is the parking garage. You can walk directly from the garage into the building to your apartment without getting wet and your car is protected from the weather. We recently visited the beautiful Vista at Summit property last week and had a tremendous experience and tour with Lily! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions while making sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire walkthrough. She was very accommodating and provided a lot of helpful information about the property, amenities, and community. This truly property had it all. Close to restaurants, shopping, expressway access, trails, and the newly opened Whole Foods just steps away. For sure one of our front-runners in our NWA property search.
