Vista at Lost Lake

The maintenance team at this complex has been absolutely amazing! They are always fast, efficient, and professional. Every time I’ve submitted a request, it has been handled quickly and completed the right way the first time. A special thank you to Luis — he is always courteous, responsive, and makes sure everything is taken care of promptly. You can really tell he cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate the team’s hard work and dedication. It does not go unnoticed!

Visit at lost lake apartments are so amazing!!!, I love all the new community events. The community walk every Tuesday and Thursday is so invigorating. The single and mingle last night was exciting. Met some really cool neighbors. The fitness boot camp every other weekend is so much fun. Food truck Thursday’s are sooooo good. I’m Looking forward to all the up and coming events. The office staff are so caring and kind. They’re very involved with the community and caring towards the residents. We are about to make a year here at vista and we could not be more pleased with our experience here. The office staff is friendly and very diligent and I can't say enough about the maintenance crew. They are all respectful and dependable. The events they hold for us residents are just so nice and so inclusive. I would recommend Vista At Lost lake to family and friends.

Excellent Service and Kindness We recently moved to Vista Lost Lake apartments and homes and have been thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service and kindness. They went out of their way to assist me and my family, even helping with a document printing task. The staff's warm welcome made us feel right at home. Community is very friendly. While our overall experience was decent, the unit was infested with cockroaches the entire time. We submitted multiple complaints, but management never resolved it. Love living here! The office plans great family friendly events, including movie night at the pool, monthly gnome hunts, and various holiday events. The maintenance staff is great, always come in timely manner and fix things quickly. Happy to call Vista home ❤.
