Daniel, Josh and their team were phenomenal! They walked through the entire loan process and practically held our hands every step of the way. There were some hiccups along the way (nothing they did wrong), but they managed to pull us through and we finally were able to close in November 2025. My mom was very ill in the hospital at the time and they helped us get all closing documents completed electronically. He is a Marine and so am I and my son as well.
