Grant completed all the inspections needed on the purchase of a new home. The inspection was thorough, and he explained everything in detail. Our seller was difficult at the time of inspection. Grant handled it with professionalism. In his place I likely wouldn't have done so. His communication was excellent. I highly recommend!
