Vista at Cloverleaf by Century Communities

I enjoy this tight community, with easy access to McKinney Falls, Slaughter, IH-35, and nearby shops, parks and trails.. it’s perfect for our needs. My sales rep, although has moved on still checks in, and answered any questions I had before and after closing! Dusty and Jacob are nice, honest hardworking people. Never felt pressured when closing. As a second time home buyer, I paid attention to all the minor and major details of the home, and made sure everything I saw was fixed before moving in. It took me two months to move in, and even then my grass & home were never touched or vandalized. This community has awesome neighbors, that are never a problem. I absolutely LOVE this little neighborhood! The location is perfect, as it is a 15 minute drive to down town and 10 minute drive to South Park Meadows for all the shopping needs! There is a large open park across the street that is perfect for walks and picnics (our dog LOVES it). My husband and I found the community before any houses were completely built and were immediately drawn. We made an appointment with Jacob who was so attentive and helpful from the start! We were initially concerned about not having a realtor, but after meeting Jacob, we quickly realized we didn’t need one as he was there through every step of the way!
