I'm going to share more of my experience later when the management company finally speaks to me however one of their desk clerks at a horseheads hotel violated the Americans with disability Act by asking me to list my disability so he could choose a room for us. He was toxic and vile. It took me days to shake off the experience and I still am not on even footing about it. The mgt co. did not fire the desk clerk or put him on leave. The video tape shows him jumping across the counter to confront me and to get into my physical space. The man engaged in verbal abuse and emotional abuse. I will give him the benefit of the doubt to some extent that he may have disabilities that affected him or medical conditions, however the management company should have put him on leave and they did not.
