Good and fast maintenance. Heating not sufficient downstairs, so they gave me two electrical heaters. Reasonable solution since electricity is included in rent. Quiet and I love trees here. But be aware: there’s no early move-out option. If you leave before your lease ends, you’ll have to keep paying rent until it’s re-rented or your lease expires. In my case, they took three months to renovate instead of re-renting, while I was still paying rent.

Having lived here for more than two years, I can confidently say that apart from the somewhat convenient location there's nothing much to look forward to at Apple Creek. My apartment was old, kitchen and bathroom were tiny, floorboards used to creak. Hot water and the heat used to pretty much break every winter. No AC, and no control over the heat in the winters. My advice is to not sign a lease without seeing an apartment in person.

There are a lot of great things to say about Apple Creek. It is located right in downtown Corning and is only a short drive from almost anything you may need. The grounds are well kept, the staff on site are friendly and all our maintenance needs are taken care of promptly. Even though it is in the city, for the most part it is fairly quiet and peaceful. There is however one thing here that I would recommend you consider before you rent. That is, if you value the ability to control your climate in your living space, this may not be the place for you. There is no thermostat for the units, they are kept at 72 degrees. (though it is generally warmer) In the winter time this is not that much of a problem, because if it is too hot for you, then you can just open windows and cool the unit that

Staff is very professional and very helpful. The apartments are well built and homey. Very pleased to be a resident of Apple Creek Townhomes.

I only visited but it looks very clean and well maintained.
