Let me start by saying that this people do not care l've been renting from them for the last 2 years and I saw people come and go that didn't even last 3 months in my building and the roach problem? Don't even let me get started with that. During the winter months they would turn off the heat just because they don't want to spend the extra money yet heat and hot water are supposed to be included in the rent, now imagine having to sit there with your 6 month old baby in the cold and your calling them about the issue and get no response. The landlord on the other hand you never saw him nor heard from him unless you were late with rent payments. Bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere. Months and months of emails ignored. Calls too. Photos show nothing was ever done as the problem got worse. Had to throw everything out. Never told me of previous infestation when moving in like they're supposed to by law even though one can see reviews from years ago online about bed bugs. They charge application fees but same deal. Not allowed in ct by law. Cat went missing. Metal hook to trap was bent and removed on property. Was attacked by staff. Nothing was ever done. Glad to be gone but not without damage to my mental health. Update: you never wished me the best. Same with those who've had to deal with the infestations with no resolution.

I give them a 3 because when I have a problem with anything in my home, it's always an issue with how they do it. They do a half of a job, then I have to call back again to get it done the right way, it's just always an issue. But, I've never had a problem with Angela... she's always listened and helped me. She's an amazing person, I love dealing with her!

There are better places to rent from than this place. They do nothing about pest control beside give you what you can buy from the dollar store which does not work. Apartments are filled with roaches and bedbugs. All they do is complain and never want to fix anything I had a stove that leaked gas for almost a year, I had a neighbor that was riddled with bedbugs and they did nothing about it. My dogs were being bitten up and they put bombs for bedbugs in my apartment. Too close to all my stuff. Everything got ruined. My dogs got sick because of it and they told me I can go back in my room after an hour after the bombs went off and actuality. I had to stay out of the apartment before the 24 hours , they would not respond to any complaints that I had and all they would do if they did was argu

Terrible place they do not follow up with u and the two individuals that work in the office in Bridgeport are rude and inconsiderate The office members were one guy and one girl I think his name is Anthony. I called 20 times each time I submitted a document because no one follows up with u. I asked for a supervisor and the girl in the office refused to give me a contact. She kept making excuses like the supervisor is on lunch called again a hour later she still on lunch called back a hour later she busy she will call back no call back so I called again and got another excuse about her being on lunch . I WENT TO LOOK AT THE ROOM AND THERE WAS A HUGE TAT TRAP IN THE KITCHEN THE SIZE OF MY FOOT I asked the tour guide lady y is there a huge rat trap in the kitchen and she said there really go
