I hired Ken and Joanne to do a Pre-Purchase General Inspection and I undoubtedly would do so again in a heart-beat! They are the absolute best at such a reasonable cost. They even shared some ideas about improving or upgrading certain projects to make owning a home be more efficient and to have less issues in the long run.
