Since May of 2018 my master bedroom has been not running hot water only warm water up till July 23. I did not report this situation until August 2nd hoping the hot water will just come on because they were changing pipes in the basement. I wrote a review midst September of 2018 on google review hoping maybe they’ll take it more serious but they have not. They sent a man and he came by multiple times early morning indeed made no progress for the week he was here in the morning time. We even tipped the man 30-40 dollars and he left to get a “unknown small piece for the back of the shower handle” and never to be seen again and that was November - December of 2018. I went through the winter with no hot water running for my master bedroom shower so it was the most in convenient thing I’ve been

Since July 20-23rd of 2018 my hot water in the master bedroom has been off and after numerous requests it still hasn’t been fixed. As of September 18th 2018 both bathrooms in my apartment hot water has been off.

Management is difficult to get in touch with and they do not respond to emails or voicemails. I have been an owner since 2013 and have issues with the management of the building and the super, and nothing has been done. I submit formal complaints for documentation and it goes nowhere. They are often unprofessional when I deal with them via mail or phone.

It's management office for coop buildings l, the staff is working very slowly, I had to drive 15 miles to submit a paper because they always loose inf by fax. They are unwilling to returm my money. I hope they reimburse money for move in.

Phenomenal Company...I reached out about a property that they no longer manage and instead of dismissing me the secretary took the time to assist me with my request and get me the information I needed. Very impressive!
