Namdar Realty Group has been completely unresponsive despite multiple emails regarding the behavior of the mall manager at Wiregrass Commons Mall in Dothan, Alabama. The manager has created a hostile and uncomfortable environment for tenants, and instead of addressing these serious concerns, Namdar Realty has chosen silence. It is extremely concerning that a property management company would ignore repeated complaints about the person they have placed in charge of an entire mall. This experience has shown a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for tenants. I would strongly caution other businesses before leasing under this management.

Here it is 830 in the morning on the morning of a MAJOR SNOW STORM that everyone not living on the moon knew was coming, and good old incompetent Namdar realty has not even plowed the major access road to the Enfield Square Mall, on this road are several hotels and all of the people staying in these hotels are trapped because of the very very amateur and incompetent Namdar Realty group. All the other Major roads are plowed but I guess Namdar Realty group is too incompetent to realize that not only is a major snow storm coming but they decided that snow doesn't actually need to be plowed and will probably just melt in the coming days when the temperature doesn't even rise above 12 degrees. I had one of the worst experiences of my life here. After packing everything and moving from far away, I arrived at my new apartment (97 Newkirk, NJ) only to find out it wasn’t even ready and had to spend a lot of money to make alternate accommodation. The only reason I’m not giving this place one star is because a friend of mine lived here for a year under different management and had good things to say. Unfortunately, the current management is completely disorganized, unaccommodating, and leaves you with no way to escalate issues. I’d strongly recommend avoiding any cmpnd apartments.

Horrible company. The Pittsburgh Mills Mall , located in Tarentum,PA was once a busy beautiful shopping mall. Then enter Namdar, they buy the mall and turn it into a ghost town. And the roads surrounding the mall and the establishments around the mall are nothing but one pothole after another. The potholes are the size of craters. Namdar refuses to maintain the roads, the roads that THEY own.

I accidentally left a negative review for the wrong company. By this company response and messaging me I can tell they are a great company to do business with.
