We've had the pleasure of meeting with Manny at Vision Construction & Design a couple of times, and we absolutely love him and his work! He's answered some questions for us and provided us with valuable information we were unaware of as we consider whether new home construction is the right move for us. His new office and quick responses has added to us wanting to hire him and his team. Communication is such an important aspect in the success of home construction. So being able to connect with our builder is huge for us. It also helps that we align with similar humble and respectful views. My immediate choice for all my home projects going forward. For context, I asked them to build an addition that was essentially a full sized house. In terms of pricing, they came in at a full 30% less than other bids I received for the exact same materials. I can't say you get what you pay for, but I feel like I got SIGNIFICANTLY more than I paid for. Every step of the way they worked with me to improve it and come up with ideas to make things smoother and easier. The whole team was friendly and professional. At this point they know my 3 year old daughters name and she says hi to them when they're here doing work. Manny, Kayla, Nelson, and everyone on the team were a pleasure to work with and helped me solve problems I didn't even know I had. I'll be calling them first every time.

We are so impressed by the work done by Vision’s team. The team (including Manny the owner) were so responsive from day 1 of inquiry through the entire project. We had a large farmers porch (35x6 ft) added to our home and they got it done in less than 3 weeks at an impeccable quality. They matched all our asks! I will start this review by stating, I am a very difficult customer.  I like things a certain way, bottom line I want top quality.  I put a post on FB looking for recommendations.  The first 4 were a waste of my time.  I encountered people that stated they were contractors, one showed up to quote my project of constructing a chimney chase, without paper, pen or a tape measure.  Another refused to provide his certificate of insurance and license number.  A third wanted 75% up front and said I was crazy to think that my job would be done by anyone without 75% deposit.  I gave up searching; took a break because I was so frustrated & disappointed in the lack of professionalism and quality of people let alone the quality of business conduct.  Then I looked at a friend's referrals.  Vision was m
