Barbara at Bay Market Real Estate helped me find my first home. I had such a great experience working with her that I decided to use Bay Market again for buying an investment property. The process is very simple. I let Barbara know my price range, areas of interest, and type of property. She immediately emailed me properties that matched my requirements. Next, she made appointments for me to view the properties that I was interested in. Then I made an offer on one of the properties. Next came the property inspection & last but not least, the closing. She helped me through every step of the process. Barbara is a true real estate professional.

Horrible service. I was lied to right off the bat. The company could not answer many of my questions when I contacted them and viewed a house they had listed for sale. I was told to sign something (which I never do) but she ensured me repeatedly that it was just so she could legally show me the house because there were tenants that rented the property. Well my mistake, I signed and come to find out it was a paper stating that they would get commission from the sale. When I called back to see about having my realtor view the house with us, they got very unfriendly and ended up hanging up on us because we decided against using them. Very unprofessional.

Bay market has sold a couple of houses for us,everything goes smooth working with them ,great communication always returns call pretty quick we would definitely use them again!!
