I've been doing business with Virtu for many years now and they have been a wonderful company to do business with throughout all of that time. First of all, they bought our apartment building on a whim and didn’t do their research on the place. The management doesn’t do her job, and refuses to do what is right for the tenant. They are completely ignoring the Fair Housing Act and the HUD laws. We turned toward the owners, Virtu Investment, to file complaints. They refuse to help us, and are believing lies that are being told by the management. Management has been making our lives hell by spreading lies about us, our cars have been keyed and broken into, and continually vandalized.
