Overall, I have had an amazing experience with Tam Prop. I've worked with a few property management firms in the past - and most are pretty bad. Lee was always extremely quick on his response time not only before moving in, but also as the property manager after move-in. He accommodated to my roommates off-hour work schedules to give us multiple viewings of the home before signing the lease. Once we were tenants, Lee was very quick to provide routine maintenance on appliances etc, as well as very respectful of our time and privacy. I have nothing but great things to say about this company!

Lee is an amazing property manager. Quick, efficient, very detailed - you could not ask for more. He is easy to get ahold of and is even willing to personal assist with problems after hours. If he can't fix the problem himself; he will have someone there the next day. If you are looking for a property manager for your home, or looking for a rental in Marin, I'd definitely suggest contacting Lee.

I own multiple rental properties in the Bay area and recently used TPM for my first property in Marin county. In a word their performance was EXCELLENT. They were very knowledgeable about the market, priced the property appropriately and once a prospective tenant was identified they closed the tenancy thoroughly and expeditiously. I will use them for all future listings in their market.

Lee and his team do a great job of balancing costs with maintaining property value and ROI, and responding to landlord/tenant needs. Excellent management company: effective marketing and pricing; fast and efficient text/online/phone communication; and the use of solid subcontractors. High integrity.

Tam Property Management is outstanding. I had been with another group for years and unfortunately the management changed and the quality of service deteriorated rapidly.
