⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge thank you to Justin and Mike for their outstanding service. I had ongoing issues with my garage door mysteriously opening on its own, and they were consistently responsive, patient, and committed to finding a solution. They worked through multiple troubleshooting steps and alternative fixes until ultimately installing a brand-new garage door opener. Their professionalism, persistence, and follow-through truly made the difference. Living at Veridian Reserve has also been a wonderful experience. I’ve been here for almost four years, and the community remains incredibly clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. At night it's quite. Its clean! Im so happy we moved here. Mark and Justin the maintenance guys are quick and knowledgeable. Oh yeah and nice!

Justin and Mike are absolute rockstars. Work orders typically done within 24-hours. Very respectful and quick. Give us heads up on things to look out for regarding upcoming maintenance. 10/10 Would recommend.

I moved in to Viridian Resvere earlier this year, and i love The property the staff and the amenities. I even enjoy the amenities plenty of times. Always the place is clean and welcoming. The office often host events for residents as well. Free yoga class. And also the maintenance responds quickly to work orders. I feel Safe as well living on property with a security gate.

I’m not even sure where to start with this one- This is the absolute BEST apartment complex we have ever lived in. We’ve lived here close to a year now, and it truly has been the best decision. The apartments are so well kept- they are constantly cleaning the grounds, the hallways, and amenities. I’ve truly never seen a place so spotless. The staff that keeps everything clean are always friendly and truly work so hard! The front office are the kindest people. Alyssa is always wearing a smile and so helpful. She really cares about the residents and this complex. The office manager really is one of the key elements to why this place is far above anywhere else. He enforces the rules and does so fairly.
