Viridian Lofts Apartments

I have been living here since February 2022 (currently Jan 2024) and I love it. As far as renting goes in San Diego, this places give you the most space for your dollar. Space is important to my spouse and I over amenities. If amenities are what you are looking for in a rental property, this is not for you. The property manager, Heather, has also been the most helpful tenant manager I have ever had. I often lock myself out and I know I can reach her any time, day or night, to help me get back into my home. She's even been kind enough to walk my dog when I get stuck at work. It's reassuring to know that someone in charge of the building care about her tenants.

Fantastic loft layouts but the real star is our property manager Heather. She has been the most professional manager we've had. So professional and kind! Thanks for all you do! Despite the challenges that come with sharing space with people from all walks of life, she makes it worth living here. Stellar Job!

The best apartment i have ever moved into not only do i have a great view and very spacious place to live at, the building is great very clean quiet, people here are very nice and very close to all stores, the management is awesome Mike,he's great , I loft this place ,thank you for giving me the chance to move in and experience the Loft style living, oh but not least very safe place, thank you , Janielle Orrico current resident.8/12/25

Heather (manager) is the BEST! She has gone "Above and Beyond" in order to deliver exceptional, professional service. We sincerely appreciate all the hard work that Heather & Israel (custodian) have done. The building is centrally located, so it is very close to theaters, Amtrak, airport, etc. It is convenient that CVS is downstairs, and the Ralph's supermarket is within walking distance.

ABSOLUTELY STAY FAR AWAY!!! I have been here once as a guest and it is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. It is like something out of a horror movie. It’s UNSAFE, DIRTY, Expensive. The building is long overdue for demolition. It is filled with asbestos, the stairways should be off limits as homeless drug users are found either sleeping or having an overdose. I have a friend who USED to live here and they made the right choice moving out. Better late than never. Shame on management for allowing the complex to get to this point or for not taking action immediately. Ultimately it is the tenants and the occupants who leave their vehicles in the complexes paid parking who suffer the consequences. It is a hell hole . Why anybody would even consider staying here is beyond me , let alon
