Working with this company has been a great experience. Dealing with mold in your home can be extremely stressful, and Ken (owner) and Kate (inspector) have made this journey as smooth as possible. Ken was very kind and answered all of my questions off the bat. Kate has gone above and beyond to guide us, and has taken a lot of time to explain her findings. She is very patient, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We even got to have Foxy, the mold dog, take a visit to our house! It was incredible to witness her alert areas of the house which we were already concerned about. I can't recommend them enough.

I had a great experience with Precision Mold Testing. I booked pretty last minute trying to coordinate with other inspections for a possible home purchase. After multiple calls to other companies where professionals had either retired or were on vacation, Precision Mold was able to book us. Kate arrived early and was very helpful. She suggested the best areas to test and was able to give some feedback at the property as well as provide a timely and informative report within a few days. The rates seemed very reasonable and both Ken and Kate were knowledgeable and friendly.

The tech was extremely thorough, took his time, and answered all my questions as well as made sure I understood what and why he was doing what he was doing. The lab results came back super quick, and when I didn’t understand what they meant, Ken called me personally to go through my report with me. Super super nice people and job well done.

These guys are AWESOME! Had them do an inspection after a general inspector gave us some results that seemed 'off'. We were skeptical of the results and wanted a second opinion from a specialist, and I can say with high confidence that Ken and the Precision Mold team are mold experts. Adrian was the tech who did our inspection and he was super knowledgeable. I also noticed that he was very meticulous with everything. From the care and prep of his testing equipment to the methods and thuroughness of his inspection, he was just a true professional.
