Our first interaction with the Virginia Title Center in Roanoke was on June 28th, 2025 when dropped off our earnest deposit. Erin was their representative that took the deposit and provided us with the information that we would need for our closing. Impressed with the speed and caring that day was exemplified when we met with Dawn to complete the closing on the property. She was nothing short of amazing as she walked us through the stack of documentation being very thorough and providing clear answers to our questions. Their offices were modern and clean and they even welcomed in our dog, and had some treats for him. Their superb professionalism and efficiency is an easy 5+ star rating. Located on the south side of Roanoke with an easy on off Electric Rd. access.

Communication was clear, timely, and friendly, and every step of the process was explained so we always knew what to expect. Closing day itself was smooth, organized, and zero stress.
