I attempted to call Richard Soto to set up a meeting as he reached out to me by email regarding sponsorship. He was so rude when I called to ask his name it was like I was a bill collector. He kept asking me who's this, who's this?? I gave my name and then he said what can I do for you very hastily and with an aggressive tone. What's really strange is he's the broker He's the one that reaches out to agents that visit his website. Why would you post your public phone number which is your cell I believe then when people call you you want to hide who you are?? Not such a great way to obtain new agents. Sent an email ( a month before i was arriving to Dallas) inquiring about some properties in the downtown area which was quickly responded to and forwarded to an agent. I was coming from California, arriving on a Sunday. After the initial response, about when i would like to see the units, which i replied Monday and Tuesday, i really didnt hear back despite me emailing several times with screenshots of what properties i was interested in. I received one response, ok thanks. Another week passes and i arrive in Dallas and I haven’t heard back from the agent whether we are going to see anything the next day. I felt like i was being ghosted. I went to bed and around 11 pm, my phone dings and get an email from the agent requiring me to sign a buyer disclosure agreement and to send him my top 5
