VIP Homes at Crismon Meadows

I never leave reviews but if I could save even one person from building with VIP then this is worth it. I won't even get in to the details about the building process because that's a whole different mess. I will get in to how terrible our new build that took 17 months to build looks. Crooked walls, texture looks terrible, paint looks terrible, every exterior door besides for our front door will not close, cabinets are scratched, appliances are dented, faucets are not attached, light covers are painted to walls, we are missing items we paid for, closet doors are broke. Will they fix some of these items? Yes, like the dented appliances but all they will do for the messed up texture and paint is send some one in to touch up that spot so you can see every roll mark and touch up spot. We paid

VIP seems to get very mixed reviews, but we had nothing but a fantastic experience building a home with them, from beginning to end. The sales person that we met the first day was great and he explained everything professionally, taking time to answer all of our questions. The builder offered appealing incentives that were nice upgrades to an already nice home. Plus, as a semi-custom home, we were able to build a house that was exactly what we wanted. Deborah, the designer, was the absolute best! She listened to all of our questions and thoughts and, while never letting her own opinion come into the equation, helped steer us in the direction we wanted to go with the house. Really nice area most homes have huge rv garages id love to live there .....
