Great home builder but still plenty of room for improvement. The quality of the build is above average and very minimal warranty work needed during the first year of ownership.

So after looking at just about every new home builder there is we are so happy we had VIP build our new home. If you are like us and see new homes that you like, but want a few modifications to make it perfect, you need to see VIP. They were the only builder that would let us make changes. After making several changes to one of their models, we actually had them build a complete custom on their lot. They were great to work with from start to finish and they make a great product that is well built and energy efficient. Everyone we worked with were very helpful, nice and professional. Great home buying experience!
