Violet Estates Active Adult 55+ Luxury Apartments

This review continues to be hidden and I will continue to edit and repost this review to bring to light my experience regarding my un-refunded security deposit. -- I moved out of my unit as property management was taken over by Novara Living LLC. I was present during the walk through and it was noted that the apartment was in good condition. I received a security deposit refund check for much less than the security deposit that was paid upon signing the lease. I made contact with the property manager who verified the discrepancy and said she would have it rectified. I have made numerous calls and trips to the local property manager's office and have been given the runaround regarding this matter for months! The staff at Violet Estates is absolutely the best I've evern encountered. They are professional, courteous, responsive and go out of their way to help in any way they can. I cannot say enough positive things about Violet Estates. And a special kudos to Donna. She is the best!

Moved in Violet Estates Summer of 2023 into a brand new apartment where nobody has lived in prior and have had nothing but issues one after the other. It has been very difficult getting these issues fixed and I'm not the only person in this development with the same issues. The windows did not open all the way and were not cut properly, which is a fire hazard. The fire alarms kept going off in the buildings during the Summer because of the heat sensors in the roof. I had to beg for a shower bar which should be standard 55+ and up community. Others in wheelchairs had to get a letter explaining why they needed a shower bar because the owners don't want to spend money and always hire the lowest bidder to get things fixed by contractors. I just LOOOOVE Violet Estates!! My new home is so SPACIOUS and glamorous....I feel like a pampered princess!! The rooms are large, the floors and cabinets are beautiful, and the staff is lovely. Sooo happy I can call Violet Estates home now!!!

I had a wonderful experience. I felt like family. Everything was handled professionally and promptly. Treza was great!! Management, leasing, staff was great. It's appears that everyone worked together to make this a great experience. The property is beautiful. There's beautiful flower beds through out the property. I was able to get an apartment that day. Any issues I had with the application; Treza took care of it promptly, professionally and kindly.
