Vintage Faire Apartments

We've lived here for about two years and really enjoy the convenience of the location - close to everything we need and great for walking our dogs. The property itself has been a comfortable place to call home, and we love that it's pet-friendly. Big shoutout to Rickey, the maintenance man - he's always quick to respond, super friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Overall, it's been a good experience for us.

I lived here for about 3 years. It was a great little place to live, Steven was a great manager and Ricky always got the maintenance done very fast. It's in a good location near Sunrise blvd/Hwy 50 and I never had problems with vermin or crime when I was here. The only issues I really had were that packages were delivered to the mail room which was only open during business hours, so if you had packages come in on Friday you might not be able to get it until Tuesday. The bathroom was also small and constantly damp and moldy. The rent never increased while I was here and overall I would recommend living here.

We love this apartment! Ricky and Steven are wonderful. Our maintenance requests are promptly taken care of; Ricky is knowledgeable and friendly. Steven is gracious and understanding as a property manager. We treat one another with kindness and respect and it goes a long way to make our home a safe place to live. We appreciate how quiet the complex is even with 112 apartments. There are clean laundry rooms on site and the property is well maintained. We signed our very reasonable lease for our third year and this is the first small rent increase.

Hi Everyone, We've lived here a month now so I'm updating the Yelp reviews to 2024. Vintage Faire is a small-medium sized apartment complex near Highway 50 and Sunrise Blvd. The property is quiet and kept in nice condition with lots of trees - a real homey feel. The outside neighborhood is nice and well kept. Safety is very important to us and we do feel very safe here. There is a front security gate for cars. We have only seen tenants in and around the property - no one from the outside. We've met a number of tenants, and they are all friendly. There is a small pool with spa that's great on hot days. There are a few dogs on the property, but the owners walk them on a leash and they clean up any dog mess. There are a few kids, and they are polite and don't make a lot of noise. There ar

We have been living here for almost a year now. The property manager is very rude. Will threaten you if you meet him with the same attitude that he gives you for simply standing up for yourself. Does not care whether you are a female or a male he will get in your face, even in front of law enforcements. (Don't know why he still has a job). Will throw an eviction threat in your face if he feels some type of way. Will not try and diffuse any problems, instead he meets fire with fire. Will not recommend living here, you really have to pull an ear to get things done or fixed in your unit. Would leave 0 starts but unfortunately can not.
